Funeral service for Nina Marie (Tucker) Villont who died August 16, 1973, at West Ridge Manor Nursing Home were held August 18 from Williams Funeral Home with Rev. William Travis officiating. Burial was in Greenland Cemetery at Bussey.

Casketbearers were Raymond Villont, Alfred Villont, Arthur Villont, Clarence Villont, Jack Villont, Jack Villont and William Villont.

Mrs. Wayne Sutherland was the organist. Nina Marie, daughter of Walter and Elizabeth Moon Tucker, was born on Nov 4, 1895, in Knoxville.

She was united in marriage to Ontween Villont on June 3, 1923, in Knoxville and spent most of her life in this area.

She taught school in Bussey and rural schools in Marion County. She was a past president of the American Legion Auxiliary; a past worthy matron of the Bussey Eastern Star Chapter; a member of WWI Auxiliary and a member of First Christian Church.

Her parents; two brothers, Con Roy Tucker and Robert A. Cronkhite; and her husband preceded her in death.

She is survived by several nieces and nephews.
